Zara has these ridiculous, gigantic tags with material information, washing instructions etc. Apparently, they should only take returns if the inner tag is not cut off. When I got to the register, however, another woman helped and said she needed to get approval from her manager. Basically, went to the register, the woman seemed happy to take them back (with the receipt), said pick out another pair and bring them up. Any chance we think think the store will take them back? Or exchange them? And if not, is it worth buying them again? is this a fluke?Įdit: Took me long enough, but I finally went back and returned the jeans. I still have receipt, but tags are off, obviously. I've worn them maybe five times and the damn things got a run in them (Seriously, Zara?!). "You're an adult, you should start dressing like one. at $70, they were the most expensive pair of jeans I've ever bought. So I JUST purchased a pair of jeans from Zara about two weeks ago.
